This afternoon, Thursday, June 13, 2019, after a full meeting of all employees continued with the Socialization of Results and Follow-Up 360 Performance with material coming from the Head of the BPS Staffing Bureau Sugeng Arianto Ryan Kayadilangit and evaluating the results of the 360 Performance appraisal for BPS staff in OKU Regency.
Dimensions and Variables:
• Core Value PIA (Professional, Integrity and Trust)
• Mental Revolution Value (Integrity, Work Ethic and Mutual Cooperation)
• Value in the BKN Work Performance Evaluation (PPK) (Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership).
Then obtained 25 Variables / item questions with 1-10 Likert Scale. To judge an employee. These 25 questions were answered by other employees 360 degrees, namely by superiors, subordinates and employees with equal positions.
Based on the evaluation results of the 360 Performance appraisal carried out simultaneously per 1 October 2018, the results are obtained based on the level of position that on average starting from the highest position to the ranks of staff the ranks of BPS OKU Regency employees are still above the national average with a "GOOD" value .
Hopefully, with an assessment like this: Top-Bottom-Right-Left Side, can make employees more professional, integrity and trustworthy.
The most important thing concerned can do self-introspection, what things must be corrected.
