Full meeting with the 2022 Integrity Zone Development Team

Complete meeting with the 2022 Integrity Zone Development Team in the context of an action plan and follow-up to the implementation of the OKU Regency BPS towards the Corruption-Free Area Satker (WBK):
Implementation and completeness of documentation in 6 areas of Integrity Zone Change which will be evaluated every 20th of the current month.
*Exposure of each coordinator of the 6 Integrity Zone Change Areas, namely:
Area 1 Change management,
Area 2 Management Arrangement,
Area 3 Structuring HR Management,
Area 4 Strengthening Performance Accountability,
Area 5 Strengthening Supervision, and
Area 6 Service Quality Improvement
*Completing documents for each area by the implementation team
*Monitoring and evaluation that has been and will be carried out by the implementation team
*Make a meeting schedule according to the needs of each area
