MEETING FOR PREPARATION OF ACADEMIC TEXT AND BILL

Tuesday (25/07/23), the Head of BPS of OKU Regency held a face-to-face meeting with the Staff of the Committee III Expertise Board of the Republic of Indonesia DPR RI, Yudarana Sukarno Putra, SH and members of the DPRD of OKU Regency in the framework of preparing Academic Papers and Draft Law on Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. In this agenda, discussions were held regarding data collection related to demographic, geographical, historical conditions, as well as economic and social conditions of OKU Regency to become the basis for preparing Academic Papers and Draft Laws Concerning Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. In the dialogue it was conveyed that the BPS of OKU Regency was ready to support and facilitate the provision of the required data. The Head of BPS also submitted the publication of the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in Figures for 2023 which contains various OKU data which can be useful as input in the preparation of Academic Papers and the Draft Law on Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. 

Hearings related to the preparation of the Academic Paper and the Draft Law on OKU Regency had also previously been held at Bina Praja Setda OKU led by the OKU Regional Secretary, Dharmawan Irianto, S.Sos., MM with all related instance.
