Internalization of BerAKHLAK by OKU Regency BPS

Thursday (22/03/2024), OKU Regency BPS carried out the Internalization of the Core Value of BerAKHLAK in the OKU Regency BPS Meeting Hall. The event was opened by the Head of OKU Regency BPS Mukti Riadi, S.ST, M.Si and attended by all OKU Regency BPS employees.

 

In his speech, he said that "BerAKHLAK" is the ASN Core Values ​​which were established by the President of the Republic of Indonesia on July 27. All those involved in government, more specifically civil servants, PPPK, and non-civil servants who work in government must know what morals are.

Having BerAKHLAK is the implementation of,

*Service Oriented, Committed to providing excellent service for community satisfaction. To provide good service we must be responsible.

*Accountable, Responsible for the trust given to provide results of the best quality.

*Competent, continues to learn and improves capacity, performs tasks with the best results, utilizes existing age and potential.

*Harmonious, caring for each other and respecting differences, and complementing each other.

*Loyal, dedicated and prioritizes the interests of the nation and state

*Adaptive, continues to innovate and is enthusiastic in moving and facing change, thirsty for knowledge and knowledge.

*Collaborative, Building synergistic cooperation on how we can have a better role in our duties according to our own competence.

These Core Values ​​aim to create uniform ASN basic values ​​for all ASN throughout Indonesia, so that they can become the foundation of a professional ASN work culture, meaning that an ASN must be able to carry out their duties honestly, responsibly, carefully, disciplined and with high integrity, and not abuse of office authority.

 

At the same time, it is hoped that these Core Values ​​can be implemented in everyday life and strengthen ASN's work culture in providing excellent service to the community.
