Village Potential Data Collection (PODES) 2024 OKU Regency BPS

In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014, Village Development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. The way to do this is by encouraging the development of independent and sustainable villages that have social, economic and environmental resilience. Such village conditions can narrow the gap between villages and cities. Apart from that, building economic links between villages and cities through the development of rural areas.

On 2 - 31 May 2024, BPS OKU Regency carried out the 2024 OKU Regency Village Potential Data Collection (PODES). Transmigration (SPT) which is still being developed by relevant ministries throughout Indonesia. Podes 2024 also covers all sub-districts, districts/cities throughout Indonesia. Data from the Village Potential (Podes) data collection is able to describe the potential possessed by an area at the village, sub-district and district/city levels throughout Indonesia.

Field data collection was carried out by Village Podes officers consisting of statistical partners and 8 Village Podes field supervisors who also served as sub-district Podes field officers consisting of organic BPS OKU, and 5 people who only served as sub-district Podes field officers consisting of organic BPS OKU .
