Monday (28/10/2024), BPS OKU Regency took part in the ST2023 Regional Coordination Meeting (RAKORDA) on 28-29 October 2024 which was held by BPS South Sumatra Province in Palembang City. The activity was attended by the Head of South Sumatra Province BPS, Head of South Sumatra Regency/City BPS, Head of General Subdivision, IPDS Team, PPK, Production Statistics (ST2023/Agro/SEP), and OPD Services. On the first day of the Regional Coordination Meeting (RAKORDA) activities began with the opening and workshop with resource persons Mr. Susno Duaji and Mr. Ibram.

This Coordination Meeting is a forum to strengthen synergy between relevant regional institutions/agencies in monitoring the results of data collection for the 2023 Agricultural Census and 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey which have been implemented. Quality data produced from an accurate Census/Survey is a strategic first step so that it is able to advance the South Sumatra economy through development in the agricultural sector and is able to meet local food needs, while being competitive in national and international markets.
