Guidance and Evaluation of PEKPPP in Regencies and Cities (Aspects 3 and 4)

The Statistical Service Dissemination (DLS) Team of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency participated in the third session of the Coaching Clinic on the Public Service Performance Evaluation Guidelines (PEKPPP), organized by BPS of South Sumatra Province via Zoom meeting.

This session is part of a four-stage series and focused on Aspect 3 (Facilities and Infrastructure) and Aspect 4 (Consultation and Complaints). The Facilities and Infrastructure aspect evaluates the physical facilities that support public services, such as buildings, equipment, and transportation. Meanwhile, the public service information system aspect assesses the systems used to manage public service information, including databases, websites, and communication or complaint channels.

This socialization is expected to improve service quality and better meet public expectations.
