This meeting serves as a strategic forum to ensure all work programs are running on target, identify obstacles, and formulate effective solutions. It began with the awarding of awards to the 2025 BPS OKU Regency Exemplary Statistics Person (IST), who also represent South Sumatra Province at the national level. Other discussions at this meeting included monitoring and evaluation of each team's ongoing activities, the September fund withdrawal plan, and the preparation of monthly employee CKP and SKP.

Through open discussions and constructive evaluations, each employee is encouraged to contribute optimally to achieving organizational goals.
