Head of BPS-Statistics Province Visits BPS-Statistics OKU Regency to Strengthen Synergy and Coordination

Baturaja, September 8, 2026 – The Head of BPS South Sumatra Province, Mr. Moh. Wahyu Yulianto, S.Si., S.ST., M.Si., visited the office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency on Tuesday (8/9/2026). The visit was conducted to strengthen coordination and synergy, and to evaluate the implementation of statistical activities in OKU Regency.

The visit was received directly by the Head of BPS OKU Regency, Mrs. Anugrahani Prasetyowati, S.S.T., M.Si., along with the staff of BPS OKU Regency. During the visit, both parties discussed the progress of various statistical activities, including the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026), as well as challenges encountered in the field.

The visit served as an opportunity to align understanding, exchange information, and provide guidance to support the smooth implementation of activities. Solid coordination between provincial and regency BPS offices is important so that every stage of activity can proceed in accordance with regulations and produce high-quality data.

Through this visit, the synergy between BPS South Sumatra Province and BPS OKU Regency is expected to grow stronger and the quality of statistical operations to continue to improve.
