September Susenas & Seruti Quarter III Evaluation Meeting: Accelerating Inspection and Processing

On Thursday (1/10/2026), the OKU Regency Statistics Agency's (BPS) Social Welfare Team held an Evaluation Meeting on the Susenas and Seruti Surveys. The meeting was opened by the Head of the General Affairs Sub-Division, Mr. Deki Zulkarnain, S.ST., and attended by members of the Social Welfare Team involved in the implementation of both activities.

This meeting aimed to strengthen field coordination between officers and the supervisory team. During the discussion, meeting participants evaluated the progress of Susenas and Seruti implementation, including data collection achievements, challenges encountered by officers in the field, and immediate corrective measures. Good coordination is expected to ensure smooth operations and ensure each stage is carried out according to regulations.

In addition to field coordination, the meeting also encouraged the acceleration of the data inspection and processing process. Each document resulting from the census was carefully reviewed for completeness and consistency, so that any findings requiring correction could be promptly addressed. This acceleration was carried out without compromising accuracy to maintain data quality.

In his directive, the Head of the General Affairs Sub-Section emphasized the importance of unity, open communication, and shared responsibility in completing all stages of the work. With solid cooperation, activity targets are expected to be achieved on time without compromising the quality of data collection.

Through this evaluation meeting, the OKU Regency BPS's Social Welfare Team is committed to producing valid, accurate, and timely Susenas and Seruti data, as reliable information to support development planning and policymaking, particularly in the area of ​​public welfare.
