Improving Data Quality: Synergy Discussion SPBE, PDSE, and Data Cleaning Teams

On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, the Head of the OKU Regency Statistics Agency (BPS), Mrs. Anugrahani Prasetyowati, S.ST., M.Sc., held an interactive discussion with the SPBE Team, the PDSE Team, and the Data Cleaning Team.

The discussion took place in a relaxed yet focused atmosphere, with each team given space to share work progress, challenges, and improvement ideas. The meeting focused on strengthening synergy in information technology governance within the OKU Regency BPS. The SPBE and PDSE teams discussed how systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure can be managed more orderly, securely, and interconnected, allowing the entire team's work processes to run more efficiently. Furthermore, the discussion focused on accelerating the data cleaning process from field data collection. The Data Cleaning Team presented the progress of the completeness and consistency checks, as well as findings that still need follow-up. Support from the SPBE and PDSE Teams is expected to facilitate the smooth running of this process, from data management to the utilization of supporting systems. In her remarks, the Head of the OKU Regency BPS emphasized the importance of cross-team collaboration, open communication, and prompt action on any findings.
