  • The number of foreign tourists visiting the South Sumatra through the entrance of the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang in June 2013 was 843 people. amount foreign tourists who came to South Sumatra in June 2013 experienced a significant decline of 13.09 percent compared to May 2013.
  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in South Sumatra in June 2013 reached an average of 50.15 percent, or an increase of 3.22 points compared to the ROR of hotels in May 2013 which was 46.93 percent.
  • The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at five-star hotels in South Sumatra in June 2013 reached 1.61 days, an increase of 0.11 days compared to the average length of stay guests in May 2013.
