Abstraksi
  • The value of South Sumatra's exports in December 2019 increased by 3.81 percent compared to exports in November 2019. However, if compared with the same period in 2018 (January-December 2018) the exports of South Sumatra Province experienced a decrease of 7.21 percent.
  • The export value of South Sumatra Province in December 2019 of US $ 338.74 million consisted of oil and gas exports of US $ 22.81 million and US $ 315.93 million which was the result of non-oil and gas commodity exports.
  • China, Malaysia and the United States of America became the main export destination countries of South Sumatra in the period January - December 2019, each reaching US $ 1,330.59 million, US $ 428.37 million and US $ 352.94 million, with the roles of the three reaching 51.95 percent of total exports for the period January - December 2019.
  • The value of South Sumatra's imports in December 2019 was US $ 66.76 million, an increase of 99.11 percent compared to November 2019.
  • The South Sumatra Province's imports in December 2019 were US $ 66.76 million consisting of oil and gas imports of US $ 3.93 million and non-oil and gas US $ 62.83 million.
  • The biggest countries of origin for the period January - December 2019 were China with an import value of US $ 203.23 million, followed by Malaysia with an import value of US $ 64.68 million and Canada with an import value reaching US $ 25.05 million.
  • Throughout 2019 the value of exports and imports of the South Sumatra Province was a surplus of US $ 3,553.96 million
