Abstract

HDI is an indicator used to see developments in the long term. To see the progress of human development, there are two aspects that need to be considered, namely speed and status of achievement.
The Human Development Index (HDI) of Ogan Komering Ulutut in 2020 reached 69.32 with a composition of indicators of Life Expectancy Rate of 68.20 years, Old School Expectancy Rate of 12.60 years, Average Number of Years of Schooling of 8.70 years, as well as per capita expenditure of 10.02 million rupiah.
In 2020, there was a decrease in the HDI number of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency by 0.13 points compared to the HDI figure of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019 which was 69.45.
During the last 10 years, the quality of human development in Ogan Komering Ulu District is still in “moderate” status.
