Abstract

This publication specifically discusses GRDP according to the final expenditure/demand approach. This approach is broken down into several components, namely: Household Consumption Expenditure, Consumption Expenditure for Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households, Government Consumption Expenditure, Investment (Gross Fixed Capital Formation and Changes in Inventory), Foreign Exports, Foreign Imports, and Net Exports. Regions (exports between regions minus imports between regions). The GRDP data in this publication and subsequent publications uses the 2010 base year, and has applied the 2008 System of National Accounts (SNA) concept as recommended by the United Nations.
