With God's Grace, we who carry out this ceremony are fully aware of:

that since the proclamation of the Republic of Indonesia Republic of Indonesia Independence on August 17, 1945, in fact there have been many disturbances both from within the country and abroad towards the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;

that undermining is possible because of negligence, lack of awareness

Indonesian people towards activities that attempt to subvert Pancasila as the State Ideology;

that with the spirit of togetherness based on noble ideology of Pancasila ideology, the Indonesian Nation can still strengthen the establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;

then in the presence of God Almighty in commemorating the Pancasila Powers Day, we are determined to maintain and practice the Pancasila values ​​as a source of strength to gather together to fight for, uphold the truth and justice for the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia.
