Public Relations Team Coaching October 2026

On Wednesday (October 7, 2026), the Head of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency conducted a coaching session with the Public Relations Team of the BPS of OKU Regency. This session discussed the evaluation of the Public Relations Team's performance throughout 2026 as a basis for improving the quality of publications and developing future communication strategies.

During the evaluation session, the Head of BPS reviewed the achievements and challenges faced by the Public Relations Team, from event coverage and content management to dissemination to the public. The results of this evaluation serve as a reflection so that each step forward can be more focused, measurable, and impactful.

One point emphasized was improving activity documentation procedures. Documentation is expected to be more organized and informative, both in terms of taking photos and videos and recording supporting information such as time, location, participants, and the main points of the activity. With neat documentation, each activity can be published more quickly, accurately, and easily understood by the public.

Furthermore, the Public Relations Team was asked to continuously update BPS News content and social media platforms to ensure they remain up-to-date. The information presented must be relevant, timely, and attractively packaged to reach a wider audience while strengthening BPS's image as a trusted provider of official statistical data.

This coaching also emphasizes improving professionalism through the provision of fieldwork equipment. Adequate equipment is expected to help the Public Relations Team carry out their reporting and documentation duties more optimally, resulting in higher-quality publications.

Through this activity, BPS OKU Regency is committed to continuously strengthening the role of public relations in delivering fast, accurate, and informative information to the public, while supporting the realization of improved data services.
