Abstract
Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) * South Sumatra in March 2011 amounted to 108.89 percent, indicating that
in general the purchasing power of farmers in March 2011 was better than the base year 2007. If
compared to the previous month, the March 2011 NTP rose by 0.62 percent, which was due
the increase in the price index received by farmers in general is greater than the increase in the price index
paid by farmers.
