Abstract

  • The number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting in South Sumatra through the entrance Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang in December 2011 as many as 758 people. The number of foreign tourists coming to South Sumatra in December 2011 has decreased amounted to 59.89 percent compared to November 2011.
  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in South Sumatra in December 2011 reached an average of 52.30 percent, or down 11.79 points compared to the ROR of hotels in November 2011 by 64.09 percent.
  • Average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at five-star hotels in South Sumatra December 2011 reached 1.81 days, a decrease of 0.56 days compared to the average long stay of guests in November 2011.
