2013 IBS QUARTER IV PRODUCTION GROWTH 2.72 PERCENT OF QUARTER III TH 2013

• Production growth of the Large Medium Manufacturing Industry of South Sumatra in the fourth quarter of 2013 rose by 2.72 percent (q-to-q) from the third quarter of 2013. Production growth in this quarter was relatively lower compared to the growth in the previous quarter which was only 4.01 percent.
• Growth in production of the Large Medium Manufacturing Industry from year to year IV (y-ony) grew by 13.22 percent.
• The type of IBS that experienced the highest increase in the fourth quarter of 2013 (q-to-q) was the Food Industry by 5.26 percent. While the types of Rubber Industry, Rubber and Plastic Goods only experienced a growth of 0.94 percent.
• The growth of the National Production of Large and Medium Manufacturing in the fourth quarter of 2013 rose by 0.55 percent (q-to-q) from the third quarter of 2013, while the value of growth (yon-y) was 0.13 percent.

PRODUCTION GROWTH IN 2013 TRW-IV IMK UP -3.90 PERCENT OF TRW-III TH 2013

• South Sumatra's Micro and Small Manufacturing Industry Production Growth in the fourth quarter of 2013 experienced a growth of 3.90 percent (q-to-q) from the third quarter of 2013. The largest growth was supported by the Furniture Industry and the Food Industry.
• South Sumatra Micro and Small Manufacturing Industry Growth Growth in Quarter IV 2013 grew by 3.97 percent (y-on-y). The type of industry that experienced the largest growth was the Rubber Industry, Rubber and Plastic Goods and Furniture Industry.
