The number of tourists who came to South Sumatra in October 2015 decreased by 18.14 percent compared to September 2015. The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Sumatra in October 2015 reached an average of 59.53 percent, up 5.49 points compared to the hotel TPK in September 2015 of 54.04 percent. Meanwhile, if observed according to hotel classifications, it turns out that in October 2015 five-star RORs reached 68.85 percent and were the highest ROR of hotels compared to other star-rated hotels. The average length of stay of foreign guests in October 2015 was 2.32 days, an increase of 0.49 days compared to the average length of stay of foreign guests in September 2015. Whereas the average length of stay of guests of Nusantara / Domestic in October 2015 also increased by 0.34 days compared to the average length of stay of domestic guests in September 2015.
