Result Of Data Need Survey Of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency 2019

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2019 are consumers who receive services from the Service unit Integrated Statistics (PST) BPS OKU Regency face-to-face or come directly to the OKU Regency BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2019 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of SKD 2019 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
