Abstract

  • South Sumatra Province ITK in the second quarter of 2011 amounted to 105.35, meaning economic conditions consumers increased from the previous quarter. This is in line with the level of consumer confidence which also increased compared to the first quarter of 2011 (ITK value of 102.77).
  • The improvement in consumer economic conditions improved mainly driven by increased income household (ITK value of 108.99).
  • Improvement in the economic condition of consumers at the national level occurs because there is an improvement in conditions consumer economy in all provinces. The province with the highest ITK score is the Province South Sulawesi (ITK value of 114.57). In contrast, East Nusa Tenggara Province has value The lowest ITK is 103.55.
