The production growth of the South Sumatra Quarter I Large Manufacturing Industry (IBS) in the first quarter of 2015 was 7.52 percent

Abstraction
The growth of production of the Large Medium Manufacturing Industry (IBS) of South Sumatra in the first quarter of 2015 amounted to 7.52 percent, an increase compared to the growth in the fourth quarter of 2014 of minus 0.98 percent.

 

IBS with the highest growth was the Wood Industry, Wood and Cork Goods, and Woven Goods from Bamboo, Rattan and the like amounting to 11.09 percent, while the lowest growth occurred in the Rubber Industry, Rubber and Plastic Goods whose growth was 1.59 percent .



Nationally, the growth of the 2015 First Quarter IBS production was minus 0.71 percent, a decrease compared to the previous quarter's growth of 1.68 percent.

The growth of South Sumatra's First Quarter Micro Small Manufacturing Industry (IMK) in the first quarter of 2015 was minus 3.42 percent, a decrease compared to the previous quarter's growth of 1.59 percent.

The highest production growth occurred in the Other Transport Equipment Industry by 13.20 percent, whereas the lowest production growth occurred in the Beverage Industry at minus 12.74 percent.

The first quarter of 2015 South Sumatra IMK production growth was lower than the national growth of 0.64 percent.
