* The number of foreign tourists visiting foreign tourists in South Sumatra through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang in August 2015 was 877 people. The number of foreign tourists who came to South Sumatra in August 2015 increased by 27.84 percent compared to July 2015.

* Starred Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in South Sumatra in August 2015 reached an average of 55.84 percent, up 10.95 points compared to star hotels' ROR in July 2015 of 44.89 percent. Meanwhile, if observed according to hotel classification, it turns out that in August 2015 five-star RORs reached 62.81 percent and were the highest ROR of hotels compared to other star-rated hotels.

*The average length of stay of foreign guests in August 2015 was 2.46 days which increased by 0.51 days compared to the average length of stay of foreign guests in July 2015. Whereas the average length of stay of Nusantara / Domestic guests on the month August 2015 also increased by 0.56 days compared to the average length of stay of domestic guests in July 2015.
