Abstraction
  1. The ITK value of South Sumatra Province in the third quarter of 2015 was 107.31, meaning that the economic conditions of consumers increased from the previous quarter. This level of consumer optimism is higher than in quarter II-2015 (ITK value of 101.97).
  2. Increased consumer economic conditions are driven by the low influence of inflation on consumption levels and the increased consumption of food and non-food commodities.
  3. The improvement in the condition of the consumer economy in the fourth quarter of 2015 was estimated due to an increase in plans for the purchase of durable goods, recreation and parties, while revenues were expected to decline.
  4. Economic conditions in the fourth quarter of 2015 are estimated at 101.70, meaning that the economic conditions of consumers are expected to improve. Consumer optimism is expected to be lower than in quarter III-2015.
