Abstract


Abstraction 1. Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) * South Sumatra in November 2015 amounted to 96.30 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 was still decreasing compared to the base year of 2012. However, when compared to the previous month, November 2015 NTP the increase was relatively small at 0.06 percent due to the higher price index received by farmers than the price index increase paid by farmers. 2. The November 2015 Agricultural Business Exchange (NTUP) in November 2015 amounted to 102.68 percent, indicating that in general the farmers' purchasing power in November 2015 was better than the 2012 base year. Likewise, compared to the previous month, NTUP November 2015 rose by 0.30 percent. 3. NTP without the South Sumatra Fisheries Sector in November 2015 amounted to 96.20 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 also continued to decline compared to the base year of 2012. However, when compared to the previous month, FTT without fisheries in November 2015 rose by 0.07 percent. 4. NTUP without the South Sumatra Fisheries Sector in November 2015 amounted to 102.64 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in November 2015 was better than the base year of 2012. Likewise when compared with the previous month, NTUP November 2015 experienced an increase of 0 , 32 percent. 5. Based on the NTP and NTUP sub-sector, in November 2015 the sub-sector experienced an increase compared to October 2015 namely the food crop sub-sector, and the horticulture plant sub-sector while the sub-sector experienced a decline, namely the plantation plantation sub-sector and sub-sub-sector fisheries sector. Furthermore, the NTP sub-sector experienced a decline while NTPUP experienced an increase. 6. Rural inflation / deflation is indicated by changes in the price index of goods and services consumed by farmer households. In November 2015 rural areas in South Sumatra experienced inflation of 0.46 percent. Almost all expenditure groups experienced inflation, except for housing expenditure groups.
